Pengaruh Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Religiusitas terhadap Minat Masyarakat menjadi Muzakki pada Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) Dompet Dhuafa

This research was aimed to examine the influence of promotion, service quality, and religiosity towards community intention on collection of zakah fund Dompet Dhuafa. Type of this research is quantitative. Source data of this reasearch is primary data from are muzakki who live in DKI Jakarta and Tangerang Selatan who have fulfilled zakah on collection of zakah fund Dompet Dhuafa. The data collection in this research uses a questionnaire which are distributed to 82 respondent. This research uses purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with statistical approach. The results of this research showed that: (1) promotion has no significantly influence on community intention have fulfill zakah on collection of zakah fund Dompet Dhuafa, (2) service quality has significantly influence on community intention have fulfill zakah on collection of zakah fund Dompet Dhuafa, (3) religiosity has no significantly influence on community intention have fulfill zakah on collection of zakah fund Dompet Dhuafa (4) promtion, service quality and religiosity have significantly influence on community intention have fulfill zakah on collection of zakah fund Dompet Dhuafa.
